• Same thing with malaria, only with bednets (20 people equals one bednet)

• Bdubs no go, booked until May
• T-shirt sale some time between April 19 and April 25

Steph Dawes and Group Collaboration

• Meeting in a couple weeks at Noodles

Bricks in toilet -- put in only one, not two

Patches: Earth STOMP logo, sell them at T-shirt sale, too

• STOMP now has a bank account -- donations can be made payable to MSU.
• Still waiting on non-profit confirmation.

Buffalo Wild Wings Fundraiser

• 300-400 people required for an event.
• Can we get that many people?
• Thursday or Friday before Malaria Day?

Feb. 2, 2009 Meeting Minutes

Roll Call: Derek, Ashley, Danielle, Gabe, Aaron; from JP Morgan: Norman, Matt, David Lutz

Things to note:

• AutumnFest sent us a thanks (an honorary Enthusiasm Award for our booth)
• JP Morgan Presentation (due Feb. 12); goodventure.org

1. International competition for freshman and sophomore level students
2. Top 10 organizations go to New York to present and possibly win $25,000
3. 83 percent chance of winning if we all work to our abilities; there is no reason why we shouldn’t -- I’m confident that we’re going to win -- let’s do this
4. We are meeting with JP Morgan again them next week to go over answers to our questions
5. We need a formal budget (Gabe/Danielle have)

• World Malaria Day is April 25 -- any ideas?

Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you all. Our first meeting for this semester will be Monday, Feb. 2 at 7 p.m. 302 North Kedzie.

We have A LOT to go over (all good things of course), including filling our positions as well as a possible $25,000 donation!!!!!!

October 2, 2008 STOMP Meeting Cancelled

Dear STOMPers:

I'm really sorry, but I'm going to have to cancel the meeting for tomorrow. I'm actually not going to be at school tomorrow, as I'm home for the Jewish holiday Rosh Hashanah (or, in English, "New Year"). At first I had thought that I would be back in time, but it looks like that wont work.

Since Wednesdays seems to work best, let's push the meeting back to next Wednesday (Oct. 9) same time and place (4:30 p.m. in 244 Natural Science Building).

Sorry again for the inconvenience and the late notice. Talk to you all soon.
